About Coach Wilson

Bahamian Native, and Texas Longhorn, Jamal Wilson has been a professional Track & Field athlete since 2013. He has traveled on the professional Track & Field circuit year round which has given him the opportunity to travel and compete all over the world, including the United States, Canada, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia, and more. He has competed at World Challenges, Diamond Leagues, and major events including the 2016 Olympics and World Championships.

Jamal Wilson is a favorable and sought out high jumper for his charismatic and entertaining personality he brings to the competition. Holding the current world lead, his personal best is 2.30 metres outdoors & 2.33 metres indoors.
